Cannabiz Awards 2024 shortlist revealed

The shortlist for the Cannabiz Awards for Australia and New Zealand 2024 has been revealed with almost 100 entries going forward to the second round.

Biortica Agrimed/Green Farmers led the way with nine shortlisted entries, followed by Astrid Dispensary & Specialty Clinic with seven and Cann I Help/Medcan Australia and Tasmanian Botanics with six each.

Other notable achievements included ECS Botanics scoring five nominations and Australian Natural Therapeutics Group securing four. Helius Therapeutics led the way from across the Tasman with two.

In the first round, the judges independently scrutinised each entry to determine whether they should go forward to the next stage.

In the second round, each jury will meet on a video call to discuss the shortlisted entries before casting their votes for the winners.

The awards will be presented at a gala dinner on the evening of May 30 at Zinc, Federation Square, Melbourne hosted by a special guest MC to be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets (with discounted rates for Premium members) go on sale tomorrow. Last year’s event was a sell out.
